An Investigative Home Inspector
Mike has a naturally investigative mindset, which makes him an incredibly thorough home inspector. He finds pleasure in getting to the bottom of any issues in the home, figuring out what isn’t working, and finding the defects that another inspector might have missed altogether. He takes his time as he does his work so that he can make sure his client has significant details available to them as they begin their all-important decision-making process.
Mike’s Career Background
Before becoming a licensed and certified home inspector, Mike worked for several years as a Property Casualty Insurance Broker. In this position, he was responsible for identifying and understanding property risks for his clients – a skill that came in handy once he began inspecting homes full-time. He understands how to inspect a property with his client’s best interests in mind, always assessing any risk that he may uncover and letting his clients know what they need to be aware of before closing. Mike’s main priority is making sure that a buyer knows exactly what they are getting into before investing in their prospective home.
