Comprehensive Digital Home Inspection Reports
Two River Home Inspections makes sure that access to your high-quality, digital report is delivered directly to your email within 24 hours of your inspection. Our reports are easy to navigate and full of the information you need to make well-informed decisions as a home buyer, including a full write-up of our findings, photos that expand once clicked, and even video if it is necessary for your understanding of a certain issue.
Rather than having to copy and paste each individual defect we listed into your repair addendum, you can use the Create Request List™ (CRL™) included in your report. This tool will allow you to quickly and easily generate your repair list from the issues identified in your report. Your real estate agent can simply include the CRL™ with the standard repair addendum ensuring that every issue is shared with the seller.
